產品用途：
本生產線是根據用戶提供的產品參數及要求設計的冷擠壓自動化生產線。本產線可以生產按客戶提供的三種產品，但在更換產品的時候需調整振動盤和輸送帶的寬度，更換模具等，調整機械手的參數。WD-ZD-W1703生產線集PT-F001液壓翻斗機、PT-TS01提料機、PT-ZD01振動盤裝置、PT-SP-01輸送帶、YSM-500BS伺服油壓機、PT-1002二軸雙夾手機械手、PT-XC01吸塵裝置、控制系統(tǒng)等集于一體。
Product use:
This production line is a cold extrusion automatic production line designed according to the product parameters and requirements provided by users. This production line can produce three kinds of products provided by customers, but when replacing products, it is necessary to adjust the width of the vibration disc and conveyor belt, replace the mold, etc., and adjust the parameters of the manipulator. WD-ZD-W1703 production line integrates PT-F001 hydraulic tipping machine, PT-TS01 lifting machine, PT-ZD01 vibration disc device, PT-SP-01 conveyor belt, YSM-500BS servo hydraulic press, PT-1002 two-axis double-clamp hand manipulator, PT-XC01 dust suction device, control system and so on.
